- Product name
- anti-Vasodilator-Stimulated phosphoprotein (VASP) (pSer157) antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Antigen
- Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer157 (R-V-S (p) -N-A) derived from Human VASP. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
- Description
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
