- Western blot analysis of Phospho-VASP (Ser157) in extracts of A431 cells. Samples were incubated with Phospho-VASP (Ser157) Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-97388) using a dilution of 1:2,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. A431 cells were treated by Forskolin (10 µM) for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% BSA. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.
