- Immunocytochemical analysis of Jagged 2 was detected in immersion fixed HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells using Goat Anti-human Jagged 2 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47188) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. - Immunocytochemistry analysis of Jagged2 in immersion fixed HUVEC human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Samples were incubated in Jagged2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47188) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).
