- Cell lysates of MCF-7 (30 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with PPM1B monoclonal antibody, clone k1B1 (Cat # MAB2036) (1:2,000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
