- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects mouse CD11c in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, 50%-100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Integrin alpha X beta 2 and recombinant mouse (rm) Integrin alpha L is observed, 10%-25% cross-reactivity with rhIntegrin CD11c, rhIntegrin alpha D beta 2, and rhIntegrin alpha L beta 2 is observed and no cross-reactivity with rhIntegrin alpha M or rhIntegrin beta 2 is observed.

- Detection of Mouse CD11c by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of mouse lymph node tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Mouse CD11c Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6950) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for CD11c at approximately 170 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
