- Immunocytochemistry analysis of Syndecan 3 in immersion fixed IMR- 90 human lung fibroblast cell line (positive staining) and HL- 60 human acute promyelocytic leukemia cell line (negative staining). Samples were incubated in Syndecan 3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47506) using a dilution of 5 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell membrane and cytoplasm.
