- Immunohistochemical analysis of Neuroligin 1 in perfusion fixed frozen sections of rat brain (cortex). Samples were incubated in Neuroligin 1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-48050) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to neuronal cell bodies, processes, and dendritic spines.
