- Western blot analysis of TACR2 was performed by loading (from left to right): K562 and hela cell lysates (30µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a TACR2 antibody (Product # PA5-50560) at a 1/400 dilution for 30 seconds, followed by a secondary antibody at 1/8000.
