- Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts of HEK 293 (Lane 1), U-2 OS (Lane 2), SK-OV-3 (Lane 3), Hep G2 (Lane 4), Caco-2 (Lane 5), MCF7 (Lane 6), tissue extracts of Mouse Liver (Lane 7) and Mouse Heart (Lane 8). The blot was probed with Anti-SGMS2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-26744, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 50 kDa band corresponding to SGMS2 was observed across the cell lines and tissues tested.
