Experimental details

Immunoblot Analysis: HEK cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-rabbit IRS-4 (1μg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-Rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Lane 1 shows preincubation of the IRS-4 antibody with 10μM of the immunizing peptide. Lane 2: shows the immunoreactivity in the absence of the immunizing peptide.
