Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: alpha Internexin Antibody (1D2) [GTX30664] - Mixed cultures of rat CNS cells stained with GTX30664 (red) and chicken antibody to Microtubule associated protein 2 (MAP2- green). The a-internexin is localized primarily in neuronal axons in these cultures, while the perikarya and dendrites of neurons stain strongly for MAP2.
