- Normal human peripheral blood monocytes were stimulated for 5 hours with LPS alone (left) or with LPS in the presence of Protein Transport Inhibitor Cocktail (Product # 00-4980-03) (right). Cells were fixed and stained intracellularly with Anti-Human CD14 PE (Product # 12-0149-42) and Anti-Human CCL8 (MCP-2) eFluor® 660 using the Intracellular Fixation and Permeabilization Buffer Set (Product # 88-8824-00). Cells in the monocyte gate were used for analysis.
