- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat Annexin A4 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line, and Rat-2 rat embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Annexin A4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4146) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for Annexin A4 at approximately 36 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.

- Annexin A4 in Human Kidney. Annexin A4 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney using Mouse Anti-Human Annexin A4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4146) at 15 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic (Catalog # CTS013). Tissue was stained using the Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS002) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell membranes and the nuclear envelope of epithelial cells in convoluted tubules.
