- CaMK2 antibody [GT4811] detects CaMK2 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and CaMK2-transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CaMK2 antibody [GT4811] (GTX632127) diluted at 1:5000.
