This recombinant mouse antibody recognizes Endothelial Lipase (EL), a phospholipase belonging to the triglyceride lipase family. It can inhibit the enzyme activity of human and monkey EL. The antibody does not bind to mouse or rabbit EL and has no inhibition ability of other triglyceride lipase family members.
