- Detection of Human VEGFR1/Flt-1 Variant Flt1-14 by Western Blot. Western blot shows human serum (preeclampsia). PVDF Membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Human VEGFR1/Flt-1 Variant Flt1-14 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6564) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for VEGFR1/Flt-1 Variant Flt1-14 at approximately 90 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under non-reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 10.
