Western blot analysis of SFRP4 expression in A549 whole cell lysates (lane 1) and SW620 whole cell lysates (lane 2). SFRP4 at 49 kD was detected using rabbit anti- SFRP4 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 0.5 ug/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.
