Description

Temtokibart is a humanized IgG1 lambda 2 monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-22 receptor alpha 1 (IL-22RA1), a subunit of the IL-22 receptor complex. It binds to IL-22RA1 to block IL-22 signaling, a pathway involved in epithelial cell repair, inflammation, and tissue fibrosis. It is being developed for the treatment of fibrotic and inflammatory diseases, such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and atopic dermatitis.
