Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MAD2L1 antibody NB100-563 (lot 3) used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. MAD2L1 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot (lot 2) and by rabbit anti-MAD2L1 antibody NB100-564. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
