- Western blot of Jurkat cells expressing CFL1. Blots were treated with (lanes 2, 3) or without (lane 1) lambda phosphatase for 1 hr at 37 °C. In lane 3, phosphatase treatments were performed in the presence of phospho-CFL1 (Ser-3) peptide. Blots were probed with CFL1 (phospho S3) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB7900) (lane 1). Phosphatase treatment removes Ser3 phosphorylation of CFL1, but this phosphatase activity is reduced in the presence of peptide.
