- ERBB4 (phospho Y1162) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB0486) was used to detect Phospho-ERBB4-Y1162 in FG pancreatic carcinoma cell lysate. FG pancreatic carcinoma cells treated with or without EGF (50 ng/ml) for 15 min ERBB4 (phospho Y1162) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB0486) was used with 3% BSA. Data and protocol kindly provided by Dr. Weis of Cheresh Lab, UCSD.

- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocellular carcinoma tissue reacted with ERBB4 (phospho Y1162) polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB0486) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. HC = hepatocarcinoma.
