- Chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis of TRRAP in HeLa chromatin extract using 5 µg of sample. Immunoprecipitation was performed using TRRAP polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-78246). Analysis of the precipitated DNA was done by PCR using primer targeting nucleolin promoter.
