- Detection of Human, Mouse, and Rat TRRAP by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, mouse placenta tissue, mouse uterus tissue, and rat ovary tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human TRRAP Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF7365) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for TRRAP at approximately 440 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
