- Western blot analysis of GSTK1 in Positive control: Lane 1: SK-BR-3 cell lysate, Lane 2: Human skin tissue lysate, Lane 3: Human placenta tissue lysate. Samples were transferred to PVDF membrane, blocked with 5% BSA (1 hour), incubated with GSTK1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-34852), at a dilution of 1:1000, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP (1 hour) with a dilution of 1:5000.

- Flow cytometry of GSTK1 in SiHa cells, unlabelled sample (control; cells without incubation with primary antibody; black). Samples were incubated with GSTK1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-34852) at a dilution of 1:100, followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG with a dilution of 1:500 (30 min).
