- Neutralization of BMP-10 in MC3T3‚E1 mouse preosteoblast cell line. Samples were incubated in BMP-10 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-23915). Recombinant Human BMP‚10 induces alkaline phosphatase production in the MC3T3‚E1 mouse preosteoblast cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Alkaline phosphatase production elicited by Recombinant Human BMP‚10 (100 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Human BMP‚10 Monoclonal Antibody. The ND50 is typically 0.15‚0.9 µg/mL.
