- Immunoblot analysis of recombinant SETD7 was resolved by electrophoresis , transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with SETD7 monoclonal antibody , clone s4E5 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1053) . Proteins were visualized using a goat anti - mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a DAP detection system. Arrow indicated SETD7 (~ 50 kDa) .
