- Detection of human PanK4 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PanK4 antibody A303-777A used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. PanK4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PanK4 antibody A303-776A, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PanK4, A303-777A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
