Description

Ucenprubart is a humanized IgG4 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting CD200 receptor 1 (CD200R1), an inhibitory immune checkpoint receptor expressed on myeloid cells and lymphocytes. It binds to CD200R1 to block its interaction with the ligand CD200 (often overexpressed on tumor cells), thereby reversing immunosuppressive signals in the tumor microenvironment. It is being developed for cancer immunotherapy, aiming to enhance anti-tumor immunity in solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
