- GRK2 (phospho Ser670) antibody detects GRK2 (phospho Ser670) protein by western blot analysis. Un-treated (-) and treated (+, CIP treatment for 1hr) Jurkat whole cell extracts (30 £gg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GRK2 (phospho Ser670) antibody (GTX130007) at a dilution of 1:1000.
