- Western blot analysis from lysates of Saos-2 human osteosarcoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cell line, NRK rat normal kidney cell line, and NR8383 rat alveolar macrophage cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human/mouse/Rat NIPP1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47906) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for NIPP1 at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.

- Western blot analysis of PPP1R8 in Saos‚2 human osteosarcoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, M1 mouse myeloid leukemia cell line, NRK rat normal kidney cell line, and NR8383 rat alveolar macrophage cell line. Samples were incubated in PPP1R8 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47906) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for NIPP1 at approximately 40 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
