Description

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SSH3 and is also known as hSSh3L whose expression can be detected in the diencephalon and breast but it is highly expressive in the prostate gland and ovary. It is found in the cytoskeleton. This protein can dephosphorylate and activate the actin binding/depolymerizing factor cofilin, which subsequently binds to actin filaments and stimulates their disassembly. It can play a role in the regulation of actin filament dynamics.
