- Western blot analysis of Tensin 4 using a polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113104) at a dilution of 2 µg/mL. A goat anti-rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:50,000 was used for detection in Hela whole cell lysate, HepG2 whole cell lysate, PC-3 whole cell lysate, and A549 whole cell lysate. Observed band: 77 kDa.

- Immunocytochemical analysis of paraffin-embeded Tensin 4 in human liver cancer using a Tensin 4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113104) at a dilution of 1:100. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum for 30 min at room temperature. The primary antibody, in 1% BSA, was incubated at 4°C overnight. A biotinylated secondary antibody was used with an HRP conjugated SP system.
