- Detection of Nestin in NTera-2 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. NTera-2 human testicular embryonic carcinoma cell line either untreated (dark orange filled histogram) or treated with 5 μM Retinoic Acid for 60 days (light orange filled histogram) was stained with Mouse Anti-Human Nestin PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC1259P) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002P, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
