- Immunofluorescent analysis of NR1I2 in HepG2 cells using confocal microscopy. Sample was incubated with NR1I2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-72551) followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green) secondary antibody. Actin filaments were labeled with Alexa Fluor 555 Phalloidin (red) and DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).
