Description

Ebdarokimab is a fully human monoclonal antibody (mAb) designed as an immunomodulatory therapy by targeting the IL-12/IL-23 pathway. It functions by specifically binding to the shared p40 subunit common to both interleukin-12 (IL-12) and interleukin-23 (IL-23), thereby inhibiting the biological activity of these two pro-inflammatory cytokines.
