- Detection of CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5 in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Mouse splenocytes either (A) stimulated to induce Th1 cells or (B) unstimulated were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5 Alexa Fluor® 594-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB1163T) and Rat Anti-Mouse CD4 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB554A).
