- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat HCLS1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of L1.2 mouse pro-B cell line, Nb2-11 rat lymphoma cell line, and Raji human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat HCLS1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5789) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for HCLS1 at approximately 75 to 80 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
