- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat PAK4 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line, PT18 mouse mast/basophil cell line, and NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat PAK4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4178) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for PAK4 at approximately 72 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
