- Western blot analysis of PRDX6 in Lane A: Hela Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane B: 293T Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane C: Jurkat Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg), Lane D: MCF7 Whole Cell Lysate (30 µg). Samples were probed using a PRDX6 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-29500) at a 1:2000 dilution, followed by a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), Dylight 800 Secondary Antibody at a 1:150000 dilution.
