- ARID1A Polyclonal Antibody detects ARID1A protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: ARID1A protein stained by ARID1A Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-85568) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

- Immunoprecipitation analysis of ARID1A in HepG2 whole cell extract, A) control with preimmune rabbit IgG, B) immunoprecipitation of ATG9A protein with ARID1A polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85568) using 4 µg of sample at a dilution of 1:500. Sample was then incubated with HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Prior to incubation with primary antibody, the sample was separated on 5% SDS-PAGE.
