- Immunocytochemistry analysis of Carboxypeptidase E in immersion fixed HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in Carboxypeptidase E polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47514) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel). Specific staining was localized to cell surfaces and cytoplasm.

- Flow cytometry of Carboxypeptidase E in A172 human glioblastoma cell line. Samples were incubated in Carboxypeptidase E polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47514) or control antibody followed by Phycoerythrin-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized with methanol and saponin.
