- HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY THOC3 (RC201698, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-THOC3. Positive lysates LY403157 (100 µg) and LC403157 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

- Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 µg per lane) of wild-type HeLa cells (WT, Cat# LC810HELA) and THOC3-Knockout HeLa cells (KO, Cat# LC833215) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-THOC3 monoclonal antibody TA809367(1:200`). Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-PCNA antibody as a loading control.
