Immunodetection Analysis: Representative blot from a previous lot. Lane 1.protein marker; Lane 2.Reference control; Lane 3-4.Positive control, Hela and MD231 whole cell lysate; Lane 5.Negative control. The membrane blot was probed with antiVisfatin primary antibody(1µg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection system. Arrows indicate cellular Visfatin from human and mouse cells (52 kDa).
