- Flow Cytometry: IL17 Antibody (4H1524) [PE] [NBP2-27252] - IL-17A positive cells in PMA/IM stimulated fresh PBMC: PBMC stimulated for 6h with PMA (25ng/ml) & IM (250ng/ml), in the presence of BFA. Cells were surface stained with CD4 APC, fixed & permeabilised for intracellular staining with PE conjugated IL-17A antibody (clone: 4H1524) or isotype control. Data shown includes simultaneously stained un-stimulated (Left panel) & stimulated (PMA/IM; Right panel) cells. Serum blocking to reduce background is optional.
