IL-17A positive cells in PMA/IM stimulated fresh PBMC: PBMC stimulated for 6h with PMA (25ng/ml) & IM (250ng/ml), in the presence of BFA. Block/Neutralize: IL-17/IL-17A Antibody (4H1524) - Azide Free [NBP2-25229] - Neutralization by Human IL-17A Antibody. Secretion of IL-6 by 3T3 cells stimulated with recombinant human IL-17A (20ng/ml) is neutralized by increasing concentrations of IL-17A monoclonal antibody. Antibody at different concentrations was added to cells 1hr prior to addition of cytokine. Supernatant collected from 60hr cultures was used for analysis to measure secreted IL-6 by ELISA.
