- Detection of IL-17/IL-17A in Activated EL-4 Mouse Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. Activated EL-4 mouse lymphoblast cell line was stained with Goat Anti-Mouse IL-17/IL-17A Fluorescein-conjugated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC421F, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC108F, open histogram). Cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
