- Human IL-17/IL-17A APC-conjugated Antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Description
- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human IL-17 in direct ELISAs. In direct ELISAs, approximately 40% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) IL-17A/IL-17F heterodimer is observed. No cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse IL-17, recombinant canine Il-17, rhIL-17B, rhIL-17C, rhIL-17D, rhIL-17E, or rhIL-17F is observed.

- Detection of IL-17/IL-17A in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) either (A) untreated or (B) treated with PMA and Calcium Ionomycin were stained with Mouse Anti-Human IL-17/IL-17A APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC3171A) and Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB100P). Quadrant markers were set based on control antibody staining (Catalog # IC002A). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
