- Detection of IL-17/IL-17A in Mouse Splenocytes by Flow Cytometry. Mouse splenocytes stimulated to induce Th17 cells were stained with Rat Anti-Mouse CD4 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB554A) and either (A) Rat Anti-Mouse IL-17/IL-17A PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC7211P) or (B) Rat IgG2B Phycoerythrin Isotype Control (Catalog # IC013P). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed and permeabilized with FlowX FoxP3 Fixation & Permeabilization Buffer Kit (Catalog # FC012).
