- Detection of Human/Mouse FoxF1 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of U937 human histiocytic lymphoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, and NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse FoxF1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF4798) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for FoxF1 at approximately 50 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
