- Western blot analysis from lysates of LNCaP human prostate cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human IGFBP-rP10 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47701) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for IGFBP-rP10 at approximately XXX kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
